This Community Hub supports the newly established suburb, Fraser Rise, with the provision of two kindergarten rooms, two licenced activity spaces, a large community room, maternal child health and consulting suites, training rooms and additional sports change room facilities.
The new facility has been designed along a central spine enabling the community spaces to open onto one another and cater for large community gatherings. Dense and verdant planting provides shade and softens the various outdoor community spaces which branch out from the hub.
The Community Hub complements the adjacent Secondary College and Sports Reserve, completing the construction of the new Fraser Rise Community Precinct.
